Our Swiss Cheese comes from Heritage Grass
Farms, and is raised on 100% grass. No hormones or antibiotics, and made with
non-GMO rennet.
Our butter and other cheeses are made by
Minerva dairy, from milk raised in Wayne, Holmes, and Stark counties, on small
family farms. All of the farmers sign a contract stating that no hormones or
antibiotics will be used, and all cows will be on pasture. This cheese is also
made with a non-GMO rennet.
